The Alternate Destination!

“Ladies and Gentlemen, This is your Captain speaking. I am very sorry to announce that due to a sudden and unforeseen degradation of the weather in New York we will be landing in Philadelphia.”

Oups! That was not foreseen, but luckily the company is providing for all facilities to accommodate for the embarrassment that may have arisen from this uncalled for situation. In fact, even the onward connection flight may well be provided for and depart from Philadelphia or a free train ticket may be issued to those passengers that need to end their travel in New York. Hotels, meals, the needed to be foreseen details can obviously be huge, only experience and determination will provide for the perfect checklist.

Foreseeing the unforeseen! That is in essence what will differentiate the true professionals from the others, “an alternate” for all activities that may not finish off as expected. Whether it is flying airplanes or going to shop for the weekly home provisions, subtle nuances in the shopping cart are what may sometimes save the day. Similarly and essentially every business needs these safeguards, that is if they are to be considered as a business of any serious nature.

When we consider the high proportions of failures in the MLM world and similarly see the constant increasing number of MLM propositions, it simply seems that there is here a contradiction of normal business tenancies. Surely a shop does not increase its stock of goods that do not give at least a 95% or better customer satisfaction?

Diversified income is obviously a viable answer to this, as well as optional propositions on the forefront of ones marketing endeavorrings. Look at it this way, tonight you decide to eat out and fancy a Chinese restaurant. Downtown, more often than not these category restaurants will group together in a specific area, why? Well simply because by doing so they create their own fame, they create by doing so their territorial brand. They offer thereby a diversion, a choice, variety and this is all to the advantage of the client.

Similarly, a private home business calls for this attitude, giving an option for the prospect to land at the alternate deal if needed, somewhat away from the principle one. Never lose a prospect because his wish is just inches away from the deal on offer. Diversify but do not disperse, this is a subtle balance. This has also a great advantage for the business owner to trim his lists away from the tire kickers.
